José is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont. While attending the classically French school, he specialized in the art of the saucier. His sauces and delicately sautéed items are out of this world! With over 19 years of cooking experience, he puts his skills to good use creating delectable dishes that celebrate a plant-based diet. His philosophy is vegan food should be so tasty, that whether you come to the table as a dedicated vegan or not, you will consider the lifestyle after enjoying his food!

Although this is Tiffany’s first time diving into the culinary world as the assistant to her husband, José, she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! Her background in art history and finance allow her to be a solid backbone taking on various roles to help Señor Veggie work his magic.
