José is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Burlington, Vermont. While attending the classically French school, he specialized in the art of the saucier. His sauces and delicately sautéed items are out of this world! With over 24 years of cooking experience, he puts his skills to good use creating delectable dishes that celebrate a plant-based diet. His philosophy is vegan food should be so tasty, that whether you come to the table as a dedicated vegan or not, you will consider the lifestyle after enjoying his food!



Tiffany emphasizes the importance of living a compassionate life and brings that passion into all that Señor Veggie represents. With a BA in Art History and Criticism from the University of Texas at San Antonio, her eye for colorful palettes and local art can be enjoyed throughout the building. All of her baked goods ooze wholesomeness and she regularly takes recipes that are difficult to find Vegan, like fresh baklava, and creates a original tasty treat.
